All of our tours are generally by reservation although we will always try to accomidate a walk in.
We limit tours to a Maximum of 6 riders so tours do fill up quickly, especially in summer. It's advisable to book your tour early to guaranteed space.
We don't use audio headsets like some tours do because we don't have to. By keeping the groups smaller, we keep the tour more fun and intimate for the participants. Plus the city appreciates it and allows us to cruise on the riverwalk...;-)
Wilmington is called Hollywood East for a reason with the hundreds of film and television productions filmed within Wilmington over the years. There is top notch talent working in front of and behind the camera living in Wilmington full time. Our tour guides are professionals in the business with years of experience leading tours and actors each with many productions to their credit. They know how to engage you and keep the tour fun, witty and dynamic.
We have a 48 hour change or cancellation policy. If you do not give adequate notice for a reservation change or cancellation, your Credit Card will be charged the full tour price for your party. We understand an unforseen event can arise so we will offer a credit that can be redeemed for the same tour and number of riders if used within a 30 day period.
All riders must be at least 13 years of age and there is a rider max weight limit of 275lbs. Also we are not able to allow pregnant women to participate due to liability reasons. All participants must sign a release waiver.
